I don't know a better way to put this other than, graphically the 360 looks awful at times.

Go drive in your car and when you pass the pedestrians don't you see how it's pixelated? That doesn't happen on the PS3 version.

Now, go under a bridge that the light shines through and look how dithered it looks. It's SOOOO bad. The dithering found in the PS3 version simply does not occur. How can you guys be happy with the 360 version!?!??!

The PS3 version is simply more polished and looks better than the 360 version. Once again this is the only site that thinks otherwise.

so does the ps3-version have any advantages because of blu-ray? On PS3 you can watch hours of video in high resolution on TV in the game, can you the same on 360?

Boy... you a real head case!

You could have just played the PS3 "vaseline" version instead of that long written rant and saved yourself from a heart attack!

No matter how long your POINT... Xbox 360 has the edge in visuals and framerate... loading time and pop-in I will give you that!

Now go suck a lollipop and pretend that your PS3 version is the BEST!

Can I just point out that for me, and several others, LIVE has been down. Now I'm not saying the bells and whistles aren't worth the subs, but when MS rake in hundreds of millions from charging for online I would expect a servers that are up to the stress!

Connection drops on the PS3 are temporary and the service is free, 15 minutes of downtime on a service I pay good money for is unacceptable!

These vs. articles really are a whole load of shite.

Its kinda funny how people are splitting over the gfx. The 360 runs at a higher res. yes many people believe the PS3 is actually better looking. My point is, oddly enough for this game the graphics seem to be more personal opinion that anything else.

Some people like the sharpness of the 360 and others the softness of the PS3.

I pretty agree with SHOCKED in regards to all of the sound points he brings up. Couldn't agree more about the CD, if i want music playing over the top of my game, I have a pc about 2 feet away ill pump them from that.

I can't stand it - there's just too much emphasis on colors and such in these comparisons. Why can't they point out the framerate and pop-in differences. The supposed "color" differences can be negligible with a simple tweak of in game, in system, and TV menu settings. WE WANT TO KNOW WHICH GAME RUNS BETTER!

Can I just say also that the SIXAXIS is unfairly overlooked in this comparison! R* havve been good enough to give you complete choice for SIXAXIS control so it's not a case of all or nothing.

You have individual choices of:

Helicopter
Bike
Boat
Vehicle Aftertouch
Reload
Darts/Bowling
Auto Pitch Calibration

Personally I wouldn't control vehicles with it (but I've seen worse attempts at SIXAXIS control and the boat control isn't too bad), but the Vehicle Aftertouch is a great little feature and you do instictively twist your controller when your jump is going slightly off, it works great!

As for Bowling/Darts that is great fun, and as these are novelty features in the game, they are perfectly suited to a novelty control method.

Reload works well enough too, but doesn't give any real benefit as there is a button for it anyway, I suppose if you have trouble remembering button layouts and are in a panic during a gun fight it could help.

What I'm trying to say is the ability to customise which bits you want to use SIXAXIS on means it deserved more consideration than you gave in your summary. Had it been all or nothing maybe, but not when you have complete choice over it. Did you even look in the SIXAXIS options menu???

What are you talking about qwerty12345. The 360 version natively runs at 720p while the PS3 can natively runs at 640p. This is a reduction by 11% resolution on the PS3 compared to 360.

The PS3 version is running at 630p and cannot be upscaled which is why the Xbox 360 version looks better... Sorry guys but suck it... lol besides you buy it for the console you play the most anyways.

are you kidding me? the ps3 looks way more real in all those shots. i dunno, some ppl could say that 360 games look better but these would be the same ppl that choose a new tv saying it had the best picture quality just because it had the brightness and saturation turned up way too high. in any comparisons of decently made multiplatform games (COD4, GTA4, Assassins Creed, DMC4), the ps3 looks more realistic while the 360 pics just look brighter with more saturated colors. guess it just comes down to a personal preference. i personally dont kno because i havent bought the game yet, but i'm willing to be the sound would be atleast slightly better on the ps3 just due to all the extra space on the blu-ray and ive heard from pretty much every other website that the ps3 had better AA and was over all warmer and sharper, with alot less pop-in and faster load times and that both consoles were having online problems. even with the fact that more ps3's r having glitch problems, im gonna get the ps3 version because of all this info. (another major factor is that im afraid to play my 360 much due to it being a launch console and im afraid it will brick on me)
