PS3 Owner	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post This is absolutely priceless! This just proves to me that 360 fanboys see what they want to see!!! Do you know what I see when I look at these comparisons? I see a similarity to just about every 360 vs PS3 comparison you've run on this site! The difference being, if the bottom Gears 2 pics had actually read "PS3 version", the story would have been something along the lines of "the PS3 version is duller, the textures are muddier and it's all a bit blurred. Overall the 360 has the graphical edge with cleaner textures and sharper graphics" I can guarantee all the 360 trolls would have been commenting saying how dull and blurred and crap the "PS3 version" looked! But what happens when you replace "PS3 version" with "360 sequel 2 years later", the tune suddenly changes in favour of the new approach, and suddenly there is a generation of difference between Gears 1 and Gears 2 and Gears 2 is a big leap forward graphically!!!! I suggest the 360 fanboys who think Gears 2 looks better take a look back at all the 360 vs PS3 screen comparisons... Reply

Where?	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post So, the focused draw distance is now half of what it was, it has a awful sepia filter in everything (from light gray, gray and dark gray of GeoW 1 it passed to sepia tones in GeoW2), the lightning is better, no doubt. But one generation leap? You guys at videogamer really need glasses. GeoW2 will look better, no doubt about that, but as all Unreal Engine games it will look just grotesque with horrible AA and many graphic aspects that at far look excellent but after closer inspection we can see that is just another awful graphical "scheme", just like the flags in UT3, it reminds me the difference there is between American products and Japanese products. But, with the archaic mentality of the developer himself (Cliffy Bunny) being in perfect harmony with the hunger for violence from american kids and kids in general I'm sure this will sell some millions, Cliffy just needs to say (More violent, more blood, more bad ass) and kids and lonely geeks are immediately sold. I've the feeling this will be another GTA4, excellent reviews and over the top hype propaganda, but in the end will just be needless violence. I sold my GTA4 after about 10 hours of gameplay, and most of my friends are making the same. But going back to the topic... LooooooooooooL, the editor is a failure! A biased failure. Reply

It will be another great game, single player and multiplayer, but let's not jump to conclusion and say it's going to be the best looking game on either the Xbox or PS3. This website is extremely bias towards the PS3. MGS4 or Killzone 2 anyone? Reply

Better? Where?	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post From the 13 games they reviewed with a 10, 8 are somehow related to X360 exclusives or Xbox360 games. The first 3 games of that list are X360 games, (GEOW 1 included), so yeah, they really are biased towards PS3.... Reply

If this was a comparison they would say the ps3 version is dull, hmmm lets list some games...No need they did it to every ps3 game anyway! Yes Videogamer your bias views are no longer undetected! If you ask me the GOW2 gfx do look better, why am i agreeing you ask....simple.....its simlair to ps3 contrast and colour palette. Reply

Nips	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post I personally like the look they have gone for (same location but about 2 years additional decay added). The overgrown look is pretty effective and they have toned down all the over the top spec maps, good choice. I don't care about what machine it runs on, the artist dictates the look, not the platform (the same comment applies to the comment on the engine, ue3 doesn't force artists to use low saturation colours, but clearly thats what gow's developers wanted).
