I also think the tackling system should be looked at along with the keepers and how bad they are at their near posts........ its very rare a keeper will be beaten this way but in 2008 its the easy way to score Reply

cihanfb14	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post i personally love PES but i think some improvements can definately be made. the gameplay is great although sometimes the player tends to not move to the ball which can get very annoying. i think some little things can be added to make the game a little more realistic. for example after a player is called offside pressing either the shoot or cross button should result in a player recieving a yellow card. also the very close offsides should sometimes be let off. same goes for the ball going out. it seems as if the referees are too perfect. also, if the master league was made more like fifa it would be great. for example in fifa your youth team raises players and you can scout players. also in master league you should be able to have more than 4 leagues participating so that every player belongs to a team. and a couple more leagues definately need to be added like the german league. PES is one of the best football games to ever be made but it can certainly get a few tips from fifa. AND I TOTALLY AGREE THAT THE COMMENT THAT THE SMALLER PLAYERS NEED TO BE GIVEN A CHANCE. especially after player with manchester or barcelona or something try playing with a smaller team like galatasaray or porto or panathinaikos. its crap! they players a much slower and react later. is there some biological gene that makes smaller teams slower? that needs to be fixed. one more thing that must be improved are the keepers. have yous realised how the keepers CATCH a full power drive by lampard or adriano? thats bullshit. they should either punch it or push it. also the keepers dives are terrible. they dont dive to the sides they dive where theyre standing and stretch. i personally love the editing system. you can go into so much detail unlike fifa. also when a player is fouled i think it would be realistic if you got to control the temper of your player. for example, im rooney and i get hacked from behind when im one on one and the ref gives a foul only. me personally, id want hit the player who hacked me. so you should be able to. not actualy hit but say pressing X or O or square or whatever should result in your player pushing or giving a little slap back to the opposition. but you should also be able to get booked for this. anyway these are some of the things i think can be improved or upgraded... take caree Reply

You talk about player's from throw-ins having an invisible bubble, well it seems that goalkeepers do too, and it irritates me not to be able to challenge for a header with the goalkeeper. Also, id like to see the player ACTUALLY hit/header/save the ball with actual contact, because it appears that the ball moves forward from a shot or header without the player making contact. Overall, PES is the greatest football game ever to grace the Earth, and i agree totally with you when you talk about the poor music, and i would like to see licenced boots aswell, and more of them! These are the fine details that make the gaming and playing experience better, and the fans definately need to be more bold and involved with the play, reacting to events on the pitch. A greater depth of leagues would be better aswell, like you suggested. Reply

Its unrealistic and its annoying that you play someone like Man Utd five or six seasons into it and instead of up and coming players or top players from other teams being signed they are full of 35 year old players or 18 year old Van der Sar's - Its awful!! We will always master the Master Leagyue becasue the other teams dont get stronger!! This is the main issue of the best part of the game, multi player is all well and good but the master league is what makes it so good. We definately need more teams. Another massive gripe is crowds. You can win the league or play a team next to you in the league or a local derby and the grounds empty!! Another issue is being able to edit who plays at what ground. Certain teams play at grounds that are so unrealistic to the team is ruins the experience. I know you can on some teams but it should be the case for every side. Also get the away fans out of the KOP - I'm no Scouse fan but if you can model the ground that well atleast complete the experience with the home fans in the right end - may seem fussy but why be "almost" realistic when you could sort it out easily!! Unless there is a cheat which doesnt involve going online please ditch the list of "TEAM A" etc which i believe is to replace the German teams. There should be at least 6 leagues in Master League and not trying to squeeze it all into four. Easily the best series of games, never mind football games ever made and it must make "glossy" FIFA sick to think how polished there games are but are just not in the same league as PES. Sort the above issues out and it is almost gaurenteed its absolute domination Reply
