Why not play with Giuly in the Les bleus team? Or Nasri, Sylvestre and so on. This feature, without a lot of work to do, would add much depth to our online gaming experience.

Create YOURSELF as a player (using the new photo game face technology)
Creat your own or join another online team starting at the lowest division
Teams 5 online players (just controlling themselves) the rest are computer controlled if teams are short of online players computer controlled ones fill in.
After each games your stats are recorded Passes completed, tackles made, shot to goal ratio etc and with these you get a rating - as that goes up so does your value. Every player and their stats are searchable. Other clubs can buy you and its up to you if you want to leave - not the club your playing for. The host (creator) of the club is the one that makes the bid.
Anyone can spectate any online game - looking for good players or future opponents. Also when you spectate you can shout stuff in your mic and it will be heard by the players on the pitch..but it would be heard as if coming from the crowd - not in the players earpiece so this would add to the atmosphereLast edited on Fri 26 October 2007 by DazzerArt

Another thing is wrong is stats. I mean, OK one of the vital assets to any good player on the game is pace. When you look at someone like Cesc Fabregas' stats, his pace doesn't match up so he suffers. In real life he has a good amount of pace but it's his dominance of the midfield and vision that makes him great. His stats are still way too low all round, especially when he needs to compensate for not being lighning quick (which means when i'm online and choose the gooners I can't be assured that one of the best central midfielders in the world will be able to outplay a pacier player - it his highly likely and predictable that my opponent will be Barca, which is so annoying and cheap anyway and just makes me play with hate and raaaaaaaaaaaaage!!!)
Anyway, my flatmate has it but I'm getting FIFA for the first time... Need a change. Also think pro looked better on 360 last year than 2008 does on ps3. Slowdown is noooooo good too.

also, there some extra extra things that would spice up the game; for example,
* choosing the celebration type after scoring a goal with some button combinations.. so instead of two, you can express the degree of your celebration
* in case you realise you get caught in an offside position and still make the shot, then u should be punished with a yellow card. but of course there would be cases like when u cannot hear the whistle or u just make the shot with a reflex in a very short while after the whistle.. but then isn't it the case in real life...

That is a great idea.... like arsenal scoring against spurs you'd want a ferocious celebration, maybe even jumping into the fans for a booking!

- Ability to change the side of a goalkick
- Ability to pass a low goalkick to anywhere instead of the player near the box only
- Ability to shoot out from the hand to all sides (right footed goalies tend to the right, when you want it to the left it ends somewhere in the midde)
- Button for long and short throws (all he way to mid line) Ability for these long throw should be a stat or even a special ability (star)
