Multiplayer

Finally, there's something to talk about that's more than a trivial point. The Xbox 360 game supports up to 16 players online, whereas the PS3 game only supports 14. Both games seem to function as well as each other online, so there's no reason to pick one or the other thinking you'll get a smoother online experience. Co-op is for two players only on both versions and all the game modes are identical in each.

Verdict:
Although two extra players might seem like a minor thing for some, it does give the Xbox 360 the slight edge in the online functionality. With online performance and all other multiplayer game modes and functionality being pretty much identical, it's this player limit that gives the Xbox 360 the victory.

Final Score
Once again, it's an incredibly close contest, but the Xbox 360 game comes out on top. With a slightly smoother frame rate, rumble support for all and two extra player slots in online games, the Xbox 360 game is the version to buy if you have the choice. Xbox 360 Achievements and an all-round better online service in Xbox LIVE are the icing on the cake.

i would go for the 360 version, because for me, texture quality makes all the difference, and if bigger multiplayer is avaliable, then i like to have the biggest number possible :D

One thing you didn't go into was load times. Which is faster as that sometimes can kill the fun of a game too.

ok, the graphics are so similar, that the only noticeable (if very slight) difference is the textures. also the load times, fine, the load times may be faster as PS3 has faster CPU speed, but how long will it take you to join into a game online? my bet is a lot longer that it will on xbox live. and Xbox isn't failure, it is, in fact, a very good system. i could argue that the PS3 "is failure" because of it's pricetag, it's sub-standard online service, lack of decent unique games, hell, i could go on all day! or, i could take the attitude of a PC gamer and say that they both suck in the extreme due to not being able to 3-SLI nvidia 8800 GTs, and run quad-core processors and OC the whole lot.

tbh. I can't really comment on the frame rate cus it's only screens, but how would people say it looks the same. The colours on the 360 version is too dark to be honest and gives a much more unrealistic feel to me. Like the black dude on the picture in that room with the tiles are like "shadowy-black" and the room with those servers (on page 6) some of that shit is so dark it looks horrible. PS3 is FAR better!!!

and something i forgot in the last post: on the heatvision cam u clearly see that the 360 generates too much color (at least for my taste). look at the edges, too much red there!

The only thing I can say is the people seem to look more real in the PS3 version atleast with the first picture.... Cant really see the difference anywere else.

The 360 version, as usual is about 1 billionth of a percent more crisp and clear, for all you idiot Sony slaves who are claiming that the PS3 images are "way" better, you need to just stop, neither of these are "way" anything beyond the other, they are virtually identicle. You Sony vermin are the scum of gaming seriously.

I just got that cable and I see BIG difference.

I'll do some screenies on the PC version and add it to the comparison pics. Lets see which is better. :)

I look at the graphics on the PS3 & the Xbox360 and the graphics look the same, but i agree the anti-aliasing on the PS3 looks better. The texture on the PS3 also looks better to me.

brighter =/= better so the graphics are essentially the same. It really comes down to personal preference, and you could adjust the contrast and brightness on your tv to make it however bright you want anyway.

I strongly agree with Dan - it all comes down to personal preference. Those with only PS3 systems will enjoy their RSLV2 just as their X360 counterparts. For those with both systems, various factors will be weighed and considered over which version to go for - some will opt for the X360 version while other for the PS3. The differences are very minor (achievements in the X360 version for example). The important thing between the two games is that the content is the same. Kudos to Ubisoft for the polished work they have done with RSLV2 for both systems.

On some screens the xbox did look better especially the first two but then on next page the guy was yellow in the pic on 360 and the cabinets on the other one couldnt be seen like the tv i would say they both have good graphics but ps3 i like a little better
