Karlius	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post Seriously why do fan boys spoil everything? This shows pro's and Con's of both games. Forza has PG5 in places and vice versa in others. Same goes for PG4 but PG4 is an arcade style gamer where as GT5 clearly isn't. I mean the banking shot makes GT5 look terrible. Some shots are non comparitive. Models look brilliant on all 3. What you got to remember though is GT5 may be different to the £25 Demo so things may be made better. Report Reply

Especially in the car selection, Forza looks lke the car was just dropped there is not actually there, whereas in GT5, the car looks like it's there in the showroom. Also, there are too many jaggies in Forza and the car models aren't as realistic. P.S. videogamer.com, next time you put up a comparison, please have it at the original size. Then you will see the difference. 1080P vs. <720P. That's the truth. Reply

HOMEgrown	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post I only own a 360 and i have Forza 2, didnt bother with PGR4 as it's an arcadey type racer and not my cuppa tea. After seeing what a 'REAL' next gen console is capable of im kinda disappointed with my 360, and thats from the heart. I'd like to be a fanboy and claim this and that about my console but my honest feeling is that the 360 isnt up to scratch. Maybe my standards are impossibly high and after getting a PS3 i'll feel the same about that but Forza 2 aint all that (graphically anyway). The jaggies are terrible (i remember a certain MS keynote speech about the 360 bringing an 'end to the jaggies') what a bunch of crap. The lighting is sub standard and the relflections/colours on the cars are 'off' too. For now i'll stick with my 360 and look to my PC when i want games that honestly do look great but as soon as the decent Sony exclusive titles come along i'll be getting a PS3 (assuming they do). Oh.. and i also feel slightly robbed at buying a console, then a little while later a better version coming out (Elite) with no compensation for me if i want to update and get a so called next gen, HD console that ACTAULLY has HD connectivity, component just aint enough. An in car perspective is mandatory for any real serious race simulator! If PGR4 had realistic driving physics incorporated it could be a winner, but it is just too goofy to be taken serious. Forza2"? Excellant but for an unreaslistic point of view whilst driving. Gt5 will win hands down because of realistic driving physics and real world perspective. PC games like GTR2 and Race07 are the benchmark because you feel like you are actually drivlng/racing when playing them. Reply

soldtnt	0 0 In response to Article » Go to 's original post ive owned all three games pgr4 graphics blow forzas simple as that and if the london track is any indiction of how gt5 is gonna look then on graphics alone gt5 wins as for damage lol forza realstic my arse same with gotham so whats the fuss if u want car damage buy burnout for me gt5 is about driving the cars not smashing them uo by the way my son owns an orginal xbox with forza on it and the tracks featured in the game are very similar to 360 version aprt from car models but forza model damage is a joke and look at the new york track then compare to the london 1 on gt5 there is no comparsion Reply

The PS3 sales went up 14% alone just for the prologue ( DEMO ON STEROIDS) the full version isnt even here, Some games are massively overhyped ( cough Assassins Creedcough) but GT5's hype is fully justifyable Reply

Did you shoot them with your webcam off your portable TV? Can't really say for PGR 4 cos I haven't played it, but GT5P blows Forza 2 out of the water, and I've played them both. Don't bother putting rubish like this up without hi-res screenies in future. Hear me Orry? Reply
