Sonic RPG named?

Could the BioWare DS RPG be titled Sonic Chronicles?

A recent US Patent filed by SEGA has lead to speculation that the upcoming BioWare developed Sonic RPG for Nintendo DS is to be titled Sonic Chronicles.

There's currently very little info, other than the name which SEGA has filed, and there's no evidence to link to the name to the BioWare title, other than it being the only Sonic title known to be in development with no attached name.

We contacted SEGA for a response but they were unable to comment.

There's more. Also filed by SEGA is the name The Dark Brotherhood, which Surfer Girl claims is an action-RPG and we're inclined to go along with that.
