Don King Presents: Prizefighter the latest offering from 2K Sports.
2K Sports has announced Don King Presents: Prizefighter, a brand-new boxing game currently in development for Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS. Set for released in spring 2008, Prizefighter aims to deliver the most in-depth boxing experience available on a video game platform.
The game is to be presented in a documentary style and will feature a career mode full of obstacles a real boxer would have to face. It's also worth noting that development is being handled by UK-based Venom Games, the studio responsible for the Rocky games and the Xbox 360 of Prey.
For the time being that's all the info available, but given the game's planned spring release expect to hear plenty more on Prizefighter over the coming weeks.
