Ace Attorney 3 coming to DS?

A computerised stock system may have confirmed details of the next Western outing for Phoenix Wright.

A post from the Phoenix Wright fan forums by an employee of American game retailer GameCrazy appears to confirm that the next Ace Attorney title will hit US shelves late in September this year.

The eagle-eyed employee spotted an entry on the store's stock system referring to 'Phoenix Wright - Trials and Tribu', which is assumed to mean 'Trials and Tribulations'. If the game is released, it will be the third title of the courtroom adventure series to enjoy a Western translation. Based on the previous launches, as US release indicates a UK version should follow.

Though retail in-store computers sound like an unlikely source of game release exclusives, they are often updated before publishers announce games officially. Resident Evil 4 Wii was the most recent major title first made public in such a way.
