The two existing Nintendo DS titles continue to sell well says Nintendo.
Speaking to MCV, Nintendo marketing director Dawn Paine has revealed that the platform holder currently has no plans to release a third title in the multi-million selling Brain Training franchise.
"The idea behind More Brain Training is that people can move across to it once they have played the first one, and vice versa, and are looking for new challenges and training exercises," explained Paine.
Pained added: "Given that both titles continue to perform well, there are no plans for any more titles in the series."
The Brain Training franchise has remained inside the UK video game Top 40 ever since its debut in June 2006.

As with all things, the marketing hype often doesn't correlate with the science (otherwise we'd be getting our power from Con Tesla rather than Con Edison!)
If you haven't seen Jaeggi's study on Training Working Memory (PNAS), you should check it out. Jaeggi's team recorded increases in mental agility (fluid intelligence) of up to 50% after 19 days of focused training with a dual n-back progressive method.
I was so impressed that I developed a software program using the same method so that anyone can achieve these improvements at home.
