Meteos gets UK release date

Nintendo has announced that the rocket block puzzlers Meteos will hit UK retail shelves on September 23rd.

In Metoes you must manipulate falling blocks and clear the screen. Once you have successfully lined up 3 or more blocks of the same colour they will transform into rockets and blast off into space, carrying with them all the blocks above, thus clearing the screen.

The game has a number of single player game modes, as well as a single cart multiplayer mode with up to 4 players competing from one game cart. This is a game all DS owners should be picking up come September 23rd, and with the current DS game drought it can't come quick enough.
