According to data released by Top Global Markets - a monthly report compiled by The NPD Group (US), GfK Chart-Track Limited (UK) and Enterbrain, Inc. (Japan) - Halo 3: ODST, which launched on September 22, 2009, sold 1.85 million units through September.
Of this impressive total, 1.52 million units were shifted in the US, 294,000 in the UK and just 33,000 in Japan.
For the three month period ended September 2009, it was Dragon Quest IX from Square Enix which came out as the best-seller, accumulating sales of 3.93 million in the three territories combined - the game is yet to release in the UK and US. Second is Wii Sports Resort at 3.01 million, followed by Madden NFL 10 with 2.61 million and Pokemon HeartGold with 2.07 million. Halo 3: ODST came in at fifth.
In the UK the biggest seller was Wii Sports Resort with 465,000 units.

its lucky I got halo 3 on rental before I had played too much tho or I would have given up on halo all together.

Graphically I felt it was poor halo 3 in my eyes looks better, the story I couldn't tell you now why I was doing the things asked in the game other then to finish it.
Its the worst game by any means but it is also very average imo firefight does seem decent tho.
