Welcome to Heads-up, our weekly feature which gives you an at-a-glance run-down on the games you'll be able to buy or rent this weekend. Every Tuesday we'll pick out the best of the bunch, link to our reviews and previews and keep you in the video game loop so you have enough time to pre-order for Friday's post. Time to splash the cash.
Recommended: StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty - PC
If it's good enough for the entire population of Korea, it should be good enough for us. StarCraft II is (quite obviously) the sequel to the original RTS, designed almost exclusively for people who can click a mouse over a hundred times a minute and actually select the right units. There's an impressive amount of fancy online features, thanks to the new Battle.net, a lengthy single-player campaign and, crucially, the opportunity to get Zerg rushed for the next ten years in the multiplayer.
