Nintendo financials also reveal a new Kirby game and Wii Music for this year.
With the Animal Crossing franchise proving hugely popular on Nintendo DS its success on Wii seems certain, something Nintendo has probably taken note of having unveiled plans to release Animal Crossing Wii in 2008.
The news comes by way of Nintendo's financial report which also confirmed a number of other Wii releases for the coming year.
Along with Animal Crossing, a new Kirby title, Wii Music, Disaster: Day of Crisis and Super Mario Stadium Family Baseball are all planned for 2008. The release of Mario Kart Wii is also confirmed for spring 2008.
