3D remake of Nintendo 64 classic to arrive on September 9.

Nintendo has announced that Star Fox 64 3D is to arrive in the UK on September 9. The US is set to get the game on September 7, although Japanese gamers can enjoy the remake from July 17.

As with the recently released The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D features revamped 3D visuals and tilt controls. The 3DS version of the game will also include a brand-new multiplayer opponent cam so you can see who you're blasting.

Nintendo also plans to release Super Mario 3D and Mario Kart before Christmas.

The 3DS line-up for the second half of 2011 is looking good. Star Fox 64 3D follows the brilliant Ocarina of Time, and gamers will surely lap up Super Mario 3D and Mario Kart.

Yeah, I want to buy a load of nintendo games before the end of the year, its a shame though that more release dates haven't been anounced for other games. The "before the end of the year" status make me a little tence that things will be delayed...

I want this, Luigi's Mansion 2, Mario Kart, Super Mario... Nintendo will sure take a lot of my money this year!

Yep, this is my most wanted 3DS game [until metroid is announced] and these dates make it even more annoying that the console is region locked :(

This is one of the few 3DS games that I would be excited to play It has to be said. The camera to show your opponents face in multiplayer is a pretty sweet feature (although the picture refresh rate looked pretty shocking during the E3 demo)
