Nintendo outlines Nintendo 3DS 2012 line-up

Includes Mario Tennis, Luigi's Mansion 2, Professor Layton 5, Kid Icarus and Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D.

Nintendo is finishing 2011 with a strong line-up for 3DS - Ocarina of Time 3D, Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7, and it looks like 2012 won't disappoint either.

Confirmed for release next year from Nintendo alone are Mario Tennis, Luigi's Mansion 2, Professor Layton 5 and Kid Icarus.

Third-party titles bolstering the line-up include Resident Evil: Revelations, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Tekken 3D Prime Edition and Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

VideoGamer.com Analysis

While not on par with Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land and Ocarina of Time 3D, it's hard to argue that the 3DS doesn't have an impressive line-up.

A couple games I feel are missing from this list, because I was pretty sure they were announced for 2012:
Professor layton vs ace attorney
and (at Endless maybe) paper mario 3ds
