I have got three of the games and I applied for the download code for the free game of which I got an e-mail saying that it was successful and that my code would be e-mailed shortly however I still haven't received the code. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the code?

Huh? Your code expired? That's really, really weird. I've got one of those code slip things for fire emblem right in front of me and it says here it doesn't expire till October 2016.

I don't claim to know if the code and registry system works different in different continental regions, but considering the UK site looks mostly the same as the AU site, I would of thought they'd the codes wouldn't expire in a month, because the systems look similar.

Although the AU site not having a contact e-mail address is stupid. The UK site has like four different ones depending on the enquiry. That kind of inconsistency is not acceptable for a global company, nowadays.

Wow, not impressed with Nintendo's site at all. I purchased Monster Hunter Ultimate for the 3DS when it first came out (which was like, a month ago?). Finally gotten round to scratching my code card and was gonna register my game on the site, only to be told my code is expired and no longer usable?

Not impressed too, that New Zealanders are forced to use the AU site. Can't we have something for our own? I mean, the Aussies already claim most of our stuff as theirs, so- yeah, me be grumpy mumpy.

[EDIT] And wow, the contacts info doesn't seem to list an e-mail address. And contact times for the helpline phone number listed for NZ is shown in Australian time. "New Zealand customers Please call: 0800 743 056, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time" Is it REALLY that hard to list NZ time on there?

<sigh> Alright, I'll stop ranting now...
